What types of patches do you manufacture?
We specialize in creating a wide range of patches, including embroidered, woven, sublimated, and PVC rubber patches. Each type offers unique benefits and aesthetics, suitable for different applications and preferences.
Can I order custom patches?
Absolutely! Custom patches are our specialty. You can send us your design, logo, or idea, and our team will work with you to create patches that meet your specifications. Simply click Order Now in the menu and select the best option for you New Custom Design, Production-Ready Design or Badass Reorder
Can you help me create a custom design?
Absolutely! Once you fill out the New Custom Design form, our design team will get started on your custom artwork—no payment needed up front. You’ll receive a free digital preview in just a few days, and we’ll make as many revisions as needed until it’s perfect. Nothing moves to production until you love the design.

If you’d rather explore ideas on your own first, you can also try Patch GPT™ , our in-house AI design tool. It’s great for generating quick artwork concepts for patches, stickers, or coins before you submit your form.
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order does not meet your specifications due to an error on our part, please contact us immediately. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues. More information can be found on our official return policy link below.

Order Process

How do I submit my design for custom patches?

We offer three easy ways to order custom patches:

We accept JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, and EPS files. High-res designs yield the best results.

What is the turnaround time for custom patch orders?
Turnaround time depends on the patch type and where you're starting from, but here's the short version:
Embroidered/Sublimated Patches can be in-hand in as little as 2 weeks. PVC Patches take a bit longer -- as little as 4 weeks. Reorders (same artwork, no changes) can move as fast as 2 weeks regardless of patch type.

All orders move through the same core stages: Order Processing, Design/Artwork, Sample Production, Mass Production, Quality Checks, and Shipping. Customer approvals at the design and sample stages are the biggest variable -- fast responses keep things moving.

Need it sooner? Rush Production is available for $0.99/item and typically shaves 1--2 weeks off the process.

Have a hard deadline? Tell us upfront and we'll help you plan the best path to hit it.
How are patches priced?

The more you order, the more you save -- it's that simple. Price breaks are built right into production. Orders of 50+ start saving 25-30%, and at 100+, you're looking at 35-40% or more. Ordering 500+? You could save up to 60%.

Can I see a sample before placing an order?
Absolutely, we will share a digital proof with you at every step. We want to ensure your patch, sticker, or coi is Badass and perfect. This allows you to see and approve the actual patch before proceeding with the full order and mass production.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom patches?

No minimums! We know that sometimes the small batch runs have the bigest impact on morale. 

For orders under 25 units, you’ll see a $29 small-order setup fee on the order. This simply covers the production setup that every order requires — things like file prep, sizing, color checks, and production setup. That work is the same whether we’re making 10 patches or 1,000, and this fee helps cover that baseline work on smaller runs.

Payments and Shipping

Do you offer international shipping?
Checkout currently supports a wide list of destinations. If you don’t see your country available, just reach out to sales@badasspatches.com — we’ll help you sort out the best way to get your order where it needs to go.

Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location and order size. Feel free to contact us for detailed shipping info anytime.

Overnight delivery is only available in certain regions and may not be supported for all addresses.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Android Pay, and Shop Pay. Please contact us if you have a specific payment preference.
Can I change my shipping address?
In most cases, yes -- as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Head to your customer portal to make the update, or if you're having trouble finding where to make the change, email us at orders@badasspatches.com and we'll take care of it.

If your order has already shipped, we can't change the address, but reach out anyway and we'll do our best to help.

Order Questions

Can I cancel or modify an order?
Due to the custom nature of patch making, we cannot cancel or refund an order after it has been approved for production. If you would like to modify the quantity of an order please reach out via email at order@badasspatches.com.
Why am I seeing (or not seeing) sales tax on my invoice?
We use Shopify as our merchant processing platform, and taxes are automatically calculated based on your shipping address. If you are a tax-exempt organization, just send us the necessary documentation and we’ll get your invoice updated accordingly.
