Badass Patches LLC is proud to offer our signature LIFETIME PATCH GUARANTEE. If ever our Badass patches do not withstand your Badass duties just let us know and we’ll replace them NO QUESTIONS ASKED!


To complete your claim, we require a receipt or proof of purchase of the original patch order.


Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is initiated, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 


Due to the nature of custom order creation, Badass Patches LLC is NOT responsible for any order that was approved by the customer where in the finished product matches the production artwork sent over for approval. If, however the final product is damaged, degraded, or otherwise not in accordance with the production artwork a refund in FULL will be offered to the customer.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time (5-7 days) before a refund is posted.
