Standard Service vs. Fast Track: What's the Difference?
Every custom order that comes through Badass Patches goes through the same process: your artwork gets reviewed, proofs and samples get approved, and your gear moves through production and then quality check before they're headed out the door. That's Standard Service, and it's the default for a reason. It's dependable, it's thorough, and it's how we've handled every one of the 1.25M+ patches we've shipped to date.
But sometimes you need things to move faster. That's where Fast Track (previously referred to as RUSH) comes in.
What Fast Track Does
Fast Track is an add-on service for $0.99 per item that puts your order in a different queue in our system that can shave up 1-2 weeks off your order timeline depending on approvals. Once you add Fast Track, your artwork review, revisions, proofs, and samples all get priority handling on our side. Once everything's approved, your order goes into our Fast Track production queue, gets priority quality check placement, and jumps toward the front for shipping dispatch.
In short: from the moment you submit your order to the moment it's ready to ship, Fast Track is the quickest path through our system.

What Fast Track Doesn't Include
We want to be straight with you here, because clear expectations matter more than a sales pitch. Fast Track speeds up our internal process, but it doesn't include:
- A guaranteed delivery date
- Faster shipping once your order leaves our hands
- A shortened quality check window
That last point is important. Quality check doesn't get rushed for Fast Track orders, it just gets priority placement in line. Every patch we send out still goes through the same full inspection, no exceptions.
