Free Custom Artwork means exactly that. You bring the idea, our team builds it out. Rough sketch, existing insignia, a description, a napkin drawing — it doesn't matter. Our designers take what you have and turn it into production-ready artwork at no charge.

Pick the right patch for the job
We offer four patch types. Each one is built for a different purpose and a different environment. Our designers will tell you straight which one fits your design and your use case.
3D PVC
Soft rubber construction that doesn't absorb water, doesn't fade under UV, and doesn't fray. If the patch is going on a plate carrier, a go-bag, a flight suit, or anything spending time in the field, PVC is the right call. Bold 3D relief, sharp detail, and UV printing included at no additional charge.
Embroidered
The classic. Stitched texture, timeless look, best for bold logos and clean shapes. Dress uniforms, ceremonial gear, heritage insignia. Cost-effective at smaller quantities and the standard for unit identity patches that don't need to survive field conditions.
Sublimated
Full-color photorealistic printing with no thread. The right choice when your design has gradients, shadows, or fine detail that embroidery can't capture. Vivid, saturated, and accurate down to the last pixel.
Woven
Ultra-fine thread construction with a smooth, flat finish. Sharper detail than standard embroidery, more refined look, and durable enough for everyday wear. The move when precision matters more than texture.
