We launched Badass Patches in 2017 with one unapologetic mission:
To create Badass Patches for Badass People.

As fighter pilots and former swag bosses, we knew the patch-ordering process was way harder than it had to be. After years of serving our squadrons by chasing down orders, dealing with clunky vendors, and watching quality fall short, we set out to change the game. We built a customer-first company that does whatever it takes to get it right, backed by our No Quibble Guarantee.

Being U.S.-based means more than keeping operations stateside. It means staying rooted in the communities that shaped us—supporting the people who serve and making sure they get the most Badass gear and customer experience out there. That’s why our team is staffed by veterans, military spouses, and first responder families. Supporting them isn’t a tagline; it’s how we build our team, serve our customers, and give back to those who sacrifice for others.

Over the last eight years, that mission has fueled us to deliver 1,000,000+ custom patches to 10,000+ customers—and counting. Since then, we’ve expanded our arsenal to include Zaps (Stickers), Coins, Magnets, Coasters, and Specialty Items, each covered by our Lifetime Warranty.

Innovation’s part of the job, too. We even built Patch GPT ™, our AI-powered design assistant that helps you bring your vision to life—no Photoshop skills required.
